    Cake, Pies and Trifles

    Every single recipe in my Cake, Pies, and Trifles section is close to my heart. I spend most of my time recipe testing dinners, so if a recipe is published in this section, it’s usually inspired by something or someone I love.

    Two perfect examples are my Chocolate Junk and Strawberry Junk recipes (technically, they are trifles, but Junk is what we call them in my family). Both are childhood favorites of mine that I’ve tweaked to turn up the flavor.
